Shipping costs within the UK:
- All UK orders over £30 will have free tracked delivery (3 - 5 working days)
- Standard Shipping Tracked (3 - 5 working days) - £2.50
- Standard Shipping Tracked 48 (2 - 3 working days) - £4.50
- Express Shipping Tracked 24 (1 - 2 working days) - £5.50
Orders will be dispatched Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday before 11 am (where possible) Bank Holiday postage will usually be on the day after.
Confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

PRE ORDER ITEMS
If you're ordering a pre-order item (there will be a note on the product description) then I will only dispatch the entire order when all items are in stock. If you want your in stock items sending right away then just place two separate orders.
Sorry we do not ship internationally at this time.
If, when your order arrives you are not happy with your plastic free products please email as soon as you can.
If you decide you do not want your order, I will issue you a refund on the basis that:
Notification of a return must be received by Auklett within 2 working days of you receiving your order.
Everything is still packaged, no boxes are open or seals are broken.
They are in a saleable condition.
The returns address will be sent to you by email once your returns notification has been received.
Please send returns back tracked and keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of parcels.
Once we have received your items and they have been checked, we will issue your refund (excluding shipping costs) and an email will be sent to confirm.
If your item arrives damaged please email and we will try to help resolve your issue.
The return postage costs will be covered by yourself (the purchaser) initially and a proof of postage/receipt obtained (please keep hold of this). Please send back the whole product and in its full packaging.
Once goods are received and in the event they were returned due to damage then we will carry out a damage/fault assessment, and once satisfied, postage will be refunded in full.
If for some reason the goods are found not to be faulty or damaged, no refund of postage will be given, but a refund of the value of goods will be refunded in full.
